Christian has been active in weight training, sports and fitness since Jr. high. He played four sports in high school including football, basketball, baseball and Track and Field. He started CrossFit shortly after high school and received his L1 in 2014. He’s been coaching CrossFit ever since. Christian’s favorite part of CrossFit is the community it brings together. He loves coaching individuals that are new to fitness, and enjoys getting them comfortable with something new to them. He also has a passion for coaching experienced athletes and helping them excel to their highest potential.
